Google Hangouts

The following steps walk through how to set up a Google Hangout on Air using the OpenBEL Google+ account.

1. Go to the OpenBEL Google+ page.
2. Open the left menu under the Profile dropdown.
3. Select Hangouts.
4. Select either the Hangouts On Air tab or the  Video Hangouts tab.

A Video Hangout opens an immediate video conference session to only the folks you invite. The audio/video is not saved.

A Hangout On Air allows you to create an immediate or schedule a future video conference that can be open to the Public. The audio/video can then be shared on the OpenBEL Youtube channel.
